Coffee Processing Methods
This refers to the method used to remove the cherry from the coffee bean. It significantly impacts the flavor profile of the final cup.

Colombian Coffee Varietals
Method: This is the oldest and simplest method. The whole coffee cherry is laid out to dry in the sun, often on raised beds, immediately after being picked. The fruit dries around the bean, and once sufficiently dry, the skin and dried fruit pulp are removed.
Flavor Profile: Because the bean spends a significant amount of time in contact with the fruit, this process often imparts heavy, fruity, sweet, and sometimes winey or boozy notes to the coffee.

Colombian Coffee Regions & Altitude
Colombia is home to many different coffee regions, but one of the most influential factors with how a coffee tastes is elevation.
